Psalm 145

Psalm 145 is in the last set of those attributed to David (138-145).  This psalm is essentially written in an acrostic in the original language, with each verse beginning with a letter from the Hebrew alphabet.  On the whole, this is a praise psalm exalting God for His greatness, glory, goodness, grace, and giving. Throughout, God's Name is blessed and His wondrous works are proclaimed.

Following are some reflections that may be beneficial to consider when meditating on this psalm:
  • Verses 1-21
    • In what ways does this psalm inspire me to extol, bless, and praise God for:
      • Who He Is?
      • What He Has Done?
